Why and how to create Daily Habits

How is it possible that we put out with habits in our lives that destroy our prosperity, health and relationships? Why are we so weak that we can't deal with it? How to change it? Where to take strength and will from?

Man is a slave to habits. Man serves love, ego, comfort and habits. But habits are the greatest tyrant in human life. As they say, old habits die hard. It is almost impossible to resist habits. It's a created dependency. Many habits even harm us and cause poverty and diseases. We call them bad habits.

If I really have to serve my habits, be it good habits that cause my prosperity. I want to be a slave of good habits because they are the cause of my happiness.

You can already identify Who you are, Life values, Visions and Goals. It's a great beginning, but it's still not enough. As long as the activity leading to your goals is not included in your daily habits, nothing will change. It's like a flashlight. You have got a flashlight, the bulb inside it, cells and the switch. But that does not mean that it will light itself. If you do not turn on the switch, you will not see anything in the dark.

How to do it?

Write down what do you need to do for your visions and goals during the day to your Daily Habits. Include not only business habits but also habits for good relationships and above all good health. Every day, try to mark them as fulfilled to gradually put them into your subconscious.

And here's an example of some of my daily habits:

  • Sleep at least for 6 hours a day (health)
  • Have a morning drink of 2 glasses of water (health and vitality)
  • Do sports at least for 30 minutes a day (health)
  • Express love to my son (relationships)
  • Morning Ritual of Mind Development (Health, Money and Relationships)

here's an example of some weekly habits:

  • Surprise my partner
  • Express love to my partner
  • Watch a video-lecture
  • Call my parents and talk to them
  • Carry out an audit of the results at work

Winners build their habits. Winners know what they want. Be among the 1% of the people who can use their power. Live an extraordinary life that every man dreams of. Habits are an essential part of your achievements, including good health. They are the basics of your life.
